Design And Implementation Of Smart Push Platform

With the beginning of the era of comprehensive advent of 3G networks, as well as the 4G networks emerging,mobile Internet is changing day by day,the number of intelligent terminal user significantly increasing, at the same time, with the geometric growth of the network information,intelligent terminal user has difficult in choosing information. The traditional way in which we get information by subscribing to the messages cannot meet the needs of mobile users now, therefore, push technology should be needed. Push technology is a method to change the information service style,which allows traditional users access to information in a passive way, turned into the information providers offer message actively. Simultaneously, there is no need to bear the cost of subscription information service as a short message. Therefore, it is very important and critical to develop and design a push service.This thesis is based on the studies of the Hadoop distributed framework, lightweight framework Spring and Quartz framework, combined with the binary classification algorithm-- logistic regression algorithm, which contributes to design and implement the smart push service relying on Baidu cloud platform. The service mainly includes building blocks of user characteristics, Web tasks submission module, the background user filtering module and the push channel module. According to the log information, the user?s basic characteristic could be found by built blocks. The Web task submission module is applied to publish and check the finished tasks by push service in the web. User filter module is divided into two kinds of push service. One is based on geographical location, and the other is accurate push. the former could match the position of the user by his location information. The latter could push service for users on the basis of their attributes and logistic regression algorithm so that it find the accurate users. Push channel module that depends on Baidu Cloud realizing the push for users. At the same time, the platform is available to manage the user authority, mail module and so on. By the platform is on-line, the whole push could be automated for completing push task, which not only improves the efficiency, but also increases the click rate of the push message.
