In 2013, German government formally proposed the concept of Industry 4.0. CPS(Cyber-Physical Systems) which have been paid much attention are the core of industry 4.0. Intelligent device manufacturing factory is an application of Cyber-Physical Systems. After the inspection of an intelligent device manufacturing factory in southeast coast of China, we found that the factory's existing testing software systems are maintained and developed separately for each site. The disunity of software maintenance and updates led to large cost, human resource consumption, and high cost of workers' learning.Based on the study of CPS and the deep analysis on the production of test scenarios, this paper summarized the status of existing testing tools, designed and implemented the intelligent device testing system which contains ship flow control server and generic site testing tools. Firstly, this paper designed the overall architecture, drew the framework diagram, and designed ship flow control server by hierarchical design. Secondly, this paper analyzed the system objectives and system architecture of generic site testing tools. Finally, this paper analyzed, designed and implemented the generic site testing tools. Ultimately achieving results include ship flow control server, generic site testing tools and editing tools for setting local test. Generic site testing tool has advantages of dynamic allocation, efficient and stable. Also one computer can simultaneously test multiple devices. The whole test system has high testing efficiency and good expansibilityWe use client–server model to the implement the system. The ship flow control server used PHP and My SQL, generic site testing tools used C #. At last, the result of actual test showed the system was stable, reliable, fully achieve the desired effect. The generic site testing tools had been used by factory for a long time, the stability, reliability and high test efficiency were guaranteed.
