With the gradual improvement of social security and authentication information attention, biometrics which is a kind of human's behavior characteristic and physiological characteristic is used to identify discrimination, its security and reliability are rather high, and it has gradually become a research hotspot technology at home and abroad, at the same time, it plays an important role in different fields. Biometrics is also facing many challenges in actual application, the prominent of which is safety. To explore new high security biometric identification technology is one of the hot spot of research. Electrocardiogram (ECG) is one of the biological electrical signals which is produced inside the human body, and is widely attented in the field of identification research and application. With the development of the semiconductor, microelectronics and integrated circuit technology, the finger ECG acquisition device which based on single electrode or double electrodes without conductive adhesive has been emerging. The portable finger ECG acquisition method which is similar to the fingerprint acquisition lays a solid foundation for the ECG identification of practical.This article researches the identification technology based on the electrocardiogram signal (ECG) which comes from human finger for identity recognition. Based on the research of key techniques such as ECG signal feature extraction and pattern matching, the article designed the ECG signal acquisition hardware equipment, proposed identity identification algorithm which based on S transform and minimum Euclidean distanceand, and developed the ECG identification application software based on the finger ECG. The researches of this paper are mainly as follows:(1) The principle of ECG identification wass discussed, also reviewed the various biometric identification technologies and the current research status of ECG identification technology at home and abroad.(2) Developed the hardware platform of human ECG signal acquisition which based on the measurement method of fingers with double electrodes, the tester just need use finger contact the measurement electrodes to realize the acquisition of ECG signal. The hardware circuits are mainly including ECG electrode sensor, preamplifier circuit, the chip circuit of BMD101, the power circuit, the Bluetooth transmission circuit of HC-06 and so on. First, we collect the finger ECG signal, after going through signal conditioning; the digital ECG signal will be transmitted to the Android smartphone for achieving the identification by bluetooth. The hardware circuit structure is simple, convenient and comfortable. Also it's easy to carry.(3) Proposed the ECG identification algorithm, this chapter researched the ECG denoising algorithm based on EEMD and auto-correlation analysis, and put forward the algorithm of feature extraction and matching identification which based on the S transform and the minimum Euclidean distance.(4) Designed the ECG identification based on the Android and SQLite which is used to construct the ECG database, realizing signal acquisition, user ECG registration, user ECG identification and the function of the system settings, and finally generating the apk file, to realize the seamless transplant on mobile intelligent platform.In this paper, the research provides new equipment with high accuracy, strong anti-counterfeiting ability and portable collection which based on human's finger ECG signal. The research provides technical support of practical for ECG identification.
