Research of this paper is research for the structure of subwavelength precious metal Surface plasmons(Surface Plasmon Polaritons, Spps) of the regulation mechanism is discussed. In the range of the nanometer scale by changing or construction metal structure,surface plasma state will change accordingly, so as to realize the control of the surface plasmon. And then to constraints or guide the light propagation characteristics, the subwavelength optical devices in the future has important guiding significance to the research and design.Surface plasmons electromagnetic model is a kind of conduction along the metal surface,it is by the photon and the metal surface generated by electron oscillation coupling each other.This special electromagnetic wave can make the traditional Optical device breaks through the diffraction limit, have some special properties, such as abnormal Optical Transmission(Extraordinary Optical Transmission, ETO) phenomenon, the main work of this thesis is by adjusting the subwavelength metal structure, carries on the analysis and research of ETO phenomenon, realize the biggest extinction ratio, even if the one-way light transmittance maximum, the optical diode for the future provide certain guiding significance to the development of integrated photonic back to the way the most basic of photonic devices is light diode, the successful design of the photo diode is the foundation of the future manufacturing Optical computer. This paper mainly research contents are as follows:(1) by using finite element method(fem) numerical simulation software COMSOL Multiphysics, metal surface plasma of different subwavelength structure phenomenon is simulated, such as the single slit and single slit groove structure. Calculate the transmission spectrum curve.(2) to study the single slit and grooves in different structural parameters of subwavelength structure change influence on extraordinary transmissivity, the distance between the grooves,the groove shape and the number of these factors have analyzed in detail.(3) through the optimization of structure got the biggest extinction ratio, namely the one-way by light beam, the research play a guiding role in the study of photo diode in the future.
