| With the rapid development of Internet, a variety of network services and information services have been all over the world from ARPANET to today’s ocean of information worldwide. Internet is no longer confined to the portal, e-commerce and other service activities, WeChat, microblogging, online banking and other advanced network technology has been emerging. With the "Internet +" is suggested, the network information services are playing an increasingly large role in all aspects. Meanwhile, Internet and network information security problems naturally have become a matter of particular concern to the public. Ensuring the authenticity and the integrity of the network information and the confidentiality of information transmission have becomed very important. Signcryption technology can simultaneously perform digital signature and public key encryption in a reasonable and logical steps, and its communication and computation costs to be lower than the traditional "signature then encryption" approach, thus it is an ideal way to achieve both confidentiality and authentication of message transmission. This paper proposes three signcryption schemes with special properties, as follows:Using of the existing PKI-to-IBC construction of signcryption scheme and multi-receiver of signature scheme, we present a new PKI-to-IBC construction of multi-receiver signcryption scheme. The new scheme allows a sender in a public key infrastructure(PKI) to send a message to n receiver in an identity-based cryptosystem(IBC). Furthermore, the security proof shows the proposed scheme is a safe, effective, lower computation and communication overhead of signcryption scheme.Using of the existing hybrid Signcryption scheme and multi-message signature scheme and multi-receiver signcryption scheme, we present a multi-message and multi-receiver hybrid signcryption scheme based on the discrete logarithm problem. The characteristic of the new scheme is that many different messages can be sent to multiple users in one communication and there is no pairings computation in the proposed scheme, which greatly improving the communication efficiency.We discuss the problems of communication based on multiple messages and multiple receivers in CATV network environment and analyze the real development needs of the CATV network and present a multi-message and multi-receiver hybrid signcryption scheme based on the CATV network. In the random oracle model, this scheme is secure against adaptive chosen ciphertext attack and existentially unforgeable against chosen message attack. Finally, we present a broadcast service protocol for CATV network by employing our proposed scheme. |
