With the deepening of education reforms and the scale of the development of colleges and universities in China continues to expand, the management of college ounselors gradually aroused the attention of college, According to the actual situation of Business College of Shanxi and the problems existed, it is necessary to execute a plan, improve the management level of university students' comprehensive quality and counselors step by step, a conven-ient counselor information management system is a powerful measure to solve this problem.Based on the research on the basis of analysis of the management system of university instructors, imperfect management information system based on web is designed. This de-signed the evaluation management information system based on web. The system uses the B/S architecture, developed using C# and SQL Server, the user successfully logged in, you can through the authority to determine the complete data input, processing, backup and other operations, to work on their quantitative and qualitative-evaluation, and can print automati-cally generate reports. The main modules of the system includes self evaluation, students evaluation, peer evaluation, parents evaluation, through to the counselors in Students Awards, grants, and other work of the disciplinary measure, judging the quality of the work of coun-selors, to provide data support for the evaluation and testing of counselors.Finally, by testing the system, it is proved that the system function is perfect and pow-erful, can greatly improve the counselors work scientific management level, and realize the optimization of management processes, improve work efficiency and quality, application value is very obvious.
