Due to smaller RCS and lower SNR of the weak target, the detection for the small target has become one of the focus of all parties concerned. And the relevant research is very important.First of all, the basic radar theory of small target detection and tracking have been introduced in this thesis. In basic of the mentioned content, the basic principle of the theories, including pulse compression, moving target indication and detection, two-dimensional constant false alarm rate, and multi-beam amplitude comparison goniometer, very effective incoherent accumulation and coherent accumulation for the small target, and based on the coherent/incoherent accumulation detection before tracking, have been analyzed.Next the influence of velocity and acceleration on detection to the echo based on modeling the spatial data has been analyzed, and study the four kinds of TBD algorithm based on multi-frame coherence: multi-frame coherent TBD algorithm based on time domain, frequency domain, envelope interpolation displacement and the keystone transform. According to the measured data, design the subsection TBD algorithm based on multi-frame coherence, and get the parameters of the weak target. Compared the result by using the TBD algorithm based on multi-frame coherence on the measuring data with using the TBD algorithm based on in-frame coherence and multi-frame incoherence, display the advantage and validity of and the TBD algorithm based on multi-frame coherence. Then introduce the theory of dynamic programming algorithm firstly, and track the weak target in the measured data by using the path tracking algorithm based on dynamic programming. Verify the effectiveness and accuracy of the dynamic programming algorithm.At last, applying the radar signal processing on weak target referred, the work pattern and workflow of the non-collaboration radar signal processing have been studied. And the method of parameter estimation for the target is focused. According to the non-collaboration radar signal processing based on external emitters, the non-collaboration radar detectionand-tracking software has been created, and then give the result of the computer simulation by using the software. The result shows the practicability and effectiveness of the software. And describe the practicability of the software.
