The rapid development of Internet and information technology, the multimedia has become an important mode of interaction, and the widespread use of digital image, making the security problem of image data becomes more and more prominent, especially in the Internet as the main communication platform of the modern society, if some sensitive and private information is stolen and dispersion may have incalculable consequences for personal rights, the interests of enterprises, social stability and national rights and interests. How to effectively guarantee the security of image information has become a hot topic of academic and social concern. Therefore, the research on digital image security is of great theoretical value and practical significance. Medical image as special strong confidentiality digital image, has the characteristics of high precision and high resolution, large amount of data and the correlation between adjacent pixels is strong, security risks in the network transmission and access has become a key issue restricting the development of telemedicine system and remote monitoring. So it is necessary to study and reduce the medical image information security risks, the most direct and effective way is to encrypt the medical image. It is necessary to study the safety and reduce the risk of medical image information, the most direct and effective way is to encrypt medical image.Chaotic systems have extremely sensitive to initial conditions, the orbital unpredictability, the internal randomness. These characteristics are in according with the requirements of cryptography, has been used for image encryption, at the same time, the fourth kinds of electrical components, which are proposed by Professor Cai Shaotang, has been greatly extended in the research field of chaos theory. Therefore, it becomes one of the key research objects of modern cryptography to introduce chaos theory into the field of image security. In this paper, we propose two medical image encryption algorithms based on the super chaotic system. The main contents are as follows.1) We build a new 4-D Memristive hyperchaotic system, based on 3-D CAI chaotic system and memristor; also propose a medical image encryption algorithm based on the system. The memristive hyperchaotic system with complicate logical topology, and shows a complicate nonlinear dynamics behavior, and more difficult to predict trajectories, the key space is greater, less iterative times and other characteristics, combine with plaintext correlation, in the encryption process, The use of block permutation and diffusion strategy of plaintext processing, in order to enhance the security of encryption algorithm, get the cipher image, finally, take the simulation and analysis the safety of cryptographic algorithms.2) We propose a medical image encryption algorithm based on 5-D Memristive hyperchaotic system and orthogonal Latin Square transformations. It combines with HASH functions produced unique digest of plaintext message, as the disturbance factor of the hyper-chaotic system after transformed.We search the prime and through iterative addition and multiplication to build two orthogonal Latin Square and the rank is 256. In the process of encryption and decryption, we take the chaotic sequences generated by the hyper-chaotic system to diffusion the pixel and the Latin Square is for the shuffling, and then we obtain the encrypted image. Finally, we make the simulation and analysis the safety of cryptographic algorithms.3) Through by MATLAB, JAVA, TOMCAT and other development tools for hybrid programming, we program the encryption algorithms visualization. It can be run independent, and highly packaged. Also, it can be directly integrated in PACS(Picture Archiving & communication System) and HIS(Hospital Information System) and EMR(Electronic Medical Record) and other systems in order to improve the security of image information.
