With the advent of cloud computing and the era of big data,information pro-cessing, storage, using and transmission are faced with a variety of security issues, then secure transmission channels, storage platforms and the confidential of com-putational operations are an important cornerstone of the booming development of Internet. In the traditional cryptosystem,it does not have this feature to calculate the ciphertext and decrypt to acquire all the message, but the functional encryp-tion can provide the encryption technology to users in different administrative rights who can directly calculate the ciphertext to obtain different functions.Functional encryption is a new research field in public-key encryption. Howev-er functional encryption scheme can generate different function key through using master secret key according to the users in different administrative authorities and users decryption the ciphertext could reveal only the functional of the message but nothing else, meaning that a ciphertext CT that encrypts x,in some message s-pace X, is decrypted using SKk. for value k, the result is F(k, x) and nothing else that the user can acquire. This allows the owner of the secret key to calculate the encrypted message, not only can effectively protect sensitive information in message that it does not be leaked, but makes explicit the higher efficiency to op-erate the encrypted message. Generally it need to handle the vast amounts of data although the ciphertext can directly be calculated.It is essential to employ general functionalities to construct simple and efficient encryption schemes for studying the functional encryption. Inner product is an important direction for studying functional encryption scheme and bilinear pairing groups on elliptic curve is an useful tool for constructing inner product encryption scheme. Inner product pro-vides more fine-grained control over access to encrypted data, which is widely used in cloud computing and the other emerging field.The main results are as follows:1.This article describes the formal definition of the functional encryption and the research status, and indicates that function private is important in the func-tional encryption system.2.Introduced an improved scheme of function private functional encryption. This article improves Allison's scheme by bilinear pairing on elliptic curve, which reduces the number of encoding x and y to save the storage space.With hybrid argument technology, the scheme is secure on SXDH assumption.3.Introduced an encryption scheme based on matrix Functional Encryption for inner product and proved it is secure.
