In terms of the security and efficiency of mobile e-commerce, the author summarized the advantages and disadvantages of mobile commerce schemes which are based on certificate-based public-key cryptography(CBC) and ID-based cryptography(IDBC), especially the self-verified signature mechanism(SVSM). Based on a series of theory that is proposed by the predecessors, such as cryptographic technique, key agreement mechanism, identity authentication technology, and then the author proposed a new type of dynamic symmetric key mobile commerce scheme based on self-verified signature mechanism. In the new mobile commerce scheme, the way that the bank account is bound to unique identity replace the virtual currency in the traditional commerce scheme. At the end of the proposed scheme, user confirmation mechanism is added to further improve the security of the proposed scheme. In the scheme, the self-verified signature mechanism is accomplished by elliptic curve cryptography(ECC). Compared to the traditional RSA public key encryption algorithm, ECC has many merits which contain stronger resistance to attack, lower computational burden, faster processing speed, the smaller storage space, lower bandwidth requirements and so on, the verification efficiency of proposed scheme is further improved. The author based on the analysis of the basic algorithm based on the self-verified mechanism, and complete authentication and trading process in proposed scheme is described in detail, proving the feasibility of proposed scheme. Through the analysis of the performance for the security and efficiency of the proposed scheme, we may draw the conclusion that the scheme in succession to improve the efficiency of mobile commerce scheme based on the self-verified mechanism under the premise of give attention to both the trading security. The proposed scheme can resist various attacks, at the same time, the user confirm mechanism can further strengthen the security. In brief, the proposed scheme is more efficient and practical than most of the existing schemes.
