Design And Implementation Of Universal E-Forms System Based On Yii Framework

The information form has developed from paper form to e-form system for information acquisition and processing. E-form can quickly, conveniently and effective acquire the information and provides possibility of real-time acquisition and processing of individual information around the development of mobile internet. Therefore, the general e-form system based on the mobile terminal device is designed and developed, which is of practical application value.This system scheme highlights the diversification, generality and sharing features of online e-form system, realizes the design and processing of different e-forms on an information system platform based on Yii framework, and improves the current situation that there are a large number of data for the relevant form under the LAN environment, which is unfavorable to the information processing of mobile terminal. The domestic and foreign e-form system technology and ideas are analyzed and studied. Based on this, combined with the actual demand of mobile internet, the general e-form system solution based on the mobile terminal is presented.The Universal E-Forms System is that the user can do the following by the visual interactive platform: create e-form, publish form, fill out form, and submit form, data statistics and assistance analysis and the acquired form can be saved in such formats mainly as doc, PDF, csv and txt for the convenience of online printout. The biggest feature of the system is that each e-form has a sole two-dimension code and can be filled out and submitted by mobile terminal device. At the same time, it provides the common form model to help users design the form and also designs the complex form and sharing form as required. For the required data, the system can generate the visual data analysis chart according to the designed form items for the convenience of data analysis and research by users. The system can be used in the social activities to solve the problem of repeated production of form filling system for changing social activities.
