In recent years,the research and development of music robot,as a new branch of robotics,has been paid more and more attention.Music robot is a robot playing a musical instrument automatically,and includes many research fields,such as acoustics,musical instruments and music theory,signal processing,pattern recognition and intelligent control.Music robot involves the design of hardware and software.At present,many researches about music robots have been developed at home and abroad,in which the wind instruments is involved very less.In view of these factors,a gourd flute playing robot based on Raspberry Pi is designed in this paper.Firstly,the research and design of the mechanical structure is introduced with analysis of the music robot research status at home and abroad,the hardware circuit and the corresponding software control system of the gourd flute robot is introduced based on the Raspberry Pi,and then,the research on the sound recognition technology of the gourd flute is discussed.The sound detection link is introduced in the gourd flute playing robot system,which collects music signals of gourd flute through the sound acquisition module and identifies the pitch frequency of the music notes.According to the characteristics of the gourd flute playing robot,a band-pass filter is designed based on the standard pitch frequency,to eliminate the noise and harmonic disturbance,and use the improved harmonic peak method to calculate the filtered signal frequency,and monitor the performance of the gourd flute playing on this basis.And contrast experiment is set for the sound recognition effect of the gourd flute,through the contrast of experimental data,the feasibility of the algorithm designed in this paper is verified,and this design has better stability and anti-interference ability.Finally,the effects of pressure and finger lift height change on the gourd flute are demonstrated the playing performance by experimental measurements.
