The passivity and dissipativity of systems have become a research highlight, be-cause passivity and dissipativity have been used widely in system control and engineering practice. We mainly study passivity and global dissipativity for Cohen-Grossberg neu-ral networks with mixed delays, and the application of dissipativity for the systems in biomathematics is discussed.Firstly, the definitions of passivity and global dissipativity are given. Secondly, by using the method of matrix norm, we obtain the sufficient conditions of the passivity and global dissipativity for C-G neural networks with mixed delays, and then we design feedback controller to guarantee the passivity and global dissipativity of the closed-loop system. Thirdly, by converting the predator-prey system into neural networks system, we discuss the predator-prey system with mixed delays, and the feedback controller is de-signed to make the predator-prey be dissipative. Finally, the feasibility of the theorems is verified by the numerical examples.
