International medical organization believes cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is the most popular and effective emergency treatment technology, the skills of teaching training for emergency nursing has the very vital significance. Advanced life support refers to the operation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation including defibrillation operation. In the 80's, the staff is aware of the CPR early defibrillation operation effectively can obviously improve the pre-hospital cardiac arrest rescue survival. Therefore, the accuracy defibrillation operation training has become one of the important courses of medical colleges. Existing operations for CPR training methods including participation in clinical practice to practice rescue, using video, multimedia tools such practices show, the use of CPR dummy teaching and other means. But often neglected teaching trainers posture discrimination, the lack of real-time operation of the auxiliary trainer's feedback and corrective and guidance. In the evaluation, it is often just a single evaluation index, the lack of a unified, complete and objective evaluation system. To solve these problems, we expand the following research.First, the design and analysis of this system. This paper mainly presents the design and implementation of hardware and software for the system. The hardware module design and implementation of system, it build hardware simulation model patient. Using simulated human body, a plurality of sensors and analog defibrillator trainer four important steps in advanced life support operation acquisition.It is chest compressions, airway opening, rescue breathing and external defibrillation data of operational process.Design software module of image acquisition and image processing, using the device image sensor image collection and identification in the process of defibrillation operation posture. Software module design image acquisition and image processing using an image sensor Kinect to capture images, recognize defibrillation operating position. Design software for Kinect gathered outside defibrillation operation posture for processing, and operation assistance to help students with defibrillation. This part is the key and difficult point in this paper.The aspect of comprehensive evaluation. In order to collect comprehensive evaluation index data from the various sensors, the students make a comprehensive evaluation of the operation. Using the concept of data fusion, we presented a comprehensive evaluation model based on support vector machine (SVM). Establishment of a comprehensive evaluation model is also a key point and the difficulty of this article.Finally, verified the effectiveness of the proposed design and implementation of the method by experiments. Experiments show that it has the stable data acquisition and real time of hardware module. Software is usable, simple, guiding the operator to make real-time corrective action. Based on SVM evaluation model can be solved objectively acceptable and unacceptable types of evaluation results, the establishment of a good fairness, objectivity system evaluation model.
