Design And Implementation Of Taxi Business Process Management System

Management Information System(MIS) is an important means to improve the efficiency of work, to integrate and statistic the information date, to prevent the happening accident which jeopardize the overall interest of the company, to avoid human negligence errors such as date conversation or date losing, which can build up no-paper work system, regulate business process of the modern taxi enterprise, reduce management risks and cut the management cost.In this thesis the background and the process of the taxi management information system in TIANJIN YINJIAN TAIX CO., LTD. is expounded. By analyzing the flow of the main business and the method of date calculation, concerning the requirement of the date processing and the practical operation demand, the MIS based on Tri-Layer Frame Mode of C/S mode, employs Delphi language as the development language, and choose Microsoft SQL Server 2008 as database for coordinating with the requirement of Enterprise server. In order to resolve the limited range of C/S mode, the MIS uses the remote account set to doing temporally connection when the net connection speed of both users is allowed, so that the users can visit each other`s database in different places.This MIS is about to accomplish some processes, which includes the choice of account set, making sure different authority users to log in and do the related works such as date management, charging administration, charging standard edition and adjustment, unfilled orders dealing, charging items management, the drivers and vehicles` records management, insurance management, associated personnel for signature, query and report forms printing, passengers invoice changing or date checking, warning about the unfilled orders.The application of the MIS in enterprise management is good for the standard flow building. By using the date statistic function to analysis personnel structure and vehicles types, which can provide date suppuration for making decision and development strategy, readjusting business structure. According with the present situation and the requirement of enterprises a practical informatization method is provided, that is based on adopting MIS to achieve complete informatization finally.
