Optical fiber sensor which has the characteristics of anti electromagnetic interference, high sensitivity, easy to network, has become one of the hot spot of the research of the sensor, fiber optic sensor and its detection system has gradually realized the engineering application. In this paper, the design and fabrication of fiber optic illumination and temperature sensor are mainly studied.This paper analyzes problems of illumination and temperature sensors which is applied in building energy consumption monitoring system, concludes that the fiber illumination sensors are rarely used in the building energy consumption monitoring and the monitoring of the room temperature, part of temperature FBG (Fiber Bragg Grating, FBG) sensor exists the chirp phenomenon.This paper designs and makes five different types of FBG temperature sensor Based on the principle of FBG temperature measurement, respectively, for anti-chirped FBG Titanium temperature sensor, full injection plastic titanium alloy FBG temperature sensor, copper anti-chirped FBG sensor,150mm copper anti-chirped FBG sensor, PP-FBG temperature sensor (Polypropylene, PP). Aiming at the problems of chirped portion of the tubular FBG temperature sensor, this paper presents a tubular packaging structure, and preparation of a FBG temperature sensor with anti chirp function, aiming at the problem of low precision, this paper presents a kind of polypropylene chip package structure, and the PP-FBG temperature sensor is fabricated, and the precision of the device is 0.006?. This paper test the five kinds of FBG temperature sensor in the range 0-50 degrees with the water bath test platform, and obtains the measurement range, linear correlation coefficient and precision of the sensors, and the performance of different sensors is compared and analyzed by one-one contrast experiments. The test proves that the PP-FBG temperature sensor has good measurement precision in the range of 0-50, and it has a good effect on the anti chirp structure.This paper designs two different sizes of fiber optical sensor based on the principle of optical fiber coupling, respectively 50mm fiber optical sensor,30mm fiber optical sensor. Due to the illumination sensor tube structure is more complex and precision machining requirements higher, ordinary processing method is difficult to meet the requirements, this paper is adopt the processing method of 3D printing. In the performance test on illumination optical fiber sensor, the accuracy of fiber optic illumination sensor is 0.272 lux, the lower limit of the measuring range is 0 lux, upper by a light receiving device range decision. It is proved that the feasibility of illumination design scheme of the optical fiber sensor.
