In modern warfare,in order to achieve effective strike, remote targets should be detected and tracked to ensure enough time for command-control system. So it requires a more efficient detection and tracking of targets in complex environment. However, due to the natural environment, detection and tracking equipment, and the influence of the signal intensity of enemy targets,it is difficult to get effective target's information.Track before detect(TBD)algorithm using gate limited measured information of target detection and tracking, when the target's signal noise radio(SNR)is too low to be detected based on single frame data,we can use the tracking algorithm to estimate the target state, then, according to the state of the target detection and judgment,to achieve the accumulation of small and small target energy, and thus improve the detection and tracking performance. In this thesis, the problem of single target detection in radar networking system is studied, the main contents include:First of all,the basic principle and the concrete implementation steps of the weak target track before detect are introduced in detail.Second, for the multiple radar detection and tracking, multiple radar systems have different system error, the practical engineering two time registration algorithm and non-uniform system error space registration algorithm are proposed, and the error of the radar system is registered. Finally, two kinds of multiple sensor particle filter based track before detect(PF-TBD)algorithm with error calibration are proposed,Aiming at the tracking problem of multiple radar single target detection with different system errors. The two methods will compensate the particle position of different radar systems. On this basis, the weight of the same position is fused with different fusion rules. The experimental results show that the two algorithms have good performance when the target is detected alternately in the multiple radar detection region.
