With the continuous development of mobile communication technology, the problems of the limited spectrum resources and the low spectral efficiency become a stumbling block on the path of development. Direct device-to-device communication (D2D) is a technology to solve the problem of the low spectral efficiency. Full-duplex D2D can more effectively improve the spectrum efficiency and system capacity, but there is a problem of interference from itself and cellular system. Therefore, It's a key technology of full-duplex D2D to solve the problem of the interference coordination.First, the paper introduces the realization of D2D communication system environment-LTE, and describes the system performance requirements, network architecture and key technologies respectively. Then, the paper analyzes the recently research of D2D, detailed description of their session establishment process and key technologies and focusing summarizes the existing D2D interference control and power control technology.Then, the paper focuses on the work mode and mode selection of D2D communication system. In D2D communication system, there are dedicated, reuse and cellular three operating modes. After studying the characteristics and performance analysis for different operating modes of the D2D system, the paper proposes a model selection algorithm based on the user's location, allowing users the flexibility to select the appropriate operating mode and reduce the system interference. The simulation results showed that the system can effectively improve the performance of the algorithm according to the corresponding mode selected.Finally, the paper conducted a study on the interference of D2D communication systems. In D2D communication systems, interference from D2D user multiplexing uplink resource is different from multiplexing downlink resource, based on the interference of the multiplexed estimation, we propose domain-based interference control power control algorithm, then the user can adjust D2D power size. Simulation results show that, under the circumstances to ensure that the needs of users of cellular subscribers and users D2D reasonable power can reduce system interference.
