Simulating natural scene is a hot problem in the graphics research, the computer simulation of plant by Iterated function system (IFS)is the main method for generating fractal images.Firstly, based on the iterated function system (IFS). a two-dimensional fractal graphic IFS model is built, the coordinate transformation matrix of three-dimensional space coordinate axis is defined, the 3D IFS model is completed, the extended graphics from 2D to 3D space are generated, using the affine transformation and fractal figure composition principle.Secondly, the method that the 2D and 3D graphics is generated through importing the external parameter model to indirectly control IFS code is discussed, the traditional algorithm, which generates the trees lacking the clear color of trees'venation is improved. Colour distribution method that through tracking different affine transformation points, the trees which have clear venation are generated is put forward.Finally, based on the original 3D IFS code, from the different points of view, using perspective transform 3D graphics are transformed into 2D graphics, fractal graphs with special effect are generated.
