There are more and more new kind of services in the Internet, as the rapid development of network technology and network scale. Different internet services have different requirement of service quality. For example, video and audio services have higher requirements of network delay, but traditional service such as Email is not sensitive with delay. Traditional network protocol can only provide "Best Effort" service, which can not fit the requirement of multi-media services such as video and audio. Different services have different requirement of communication condition, for meeting the requirement of every service, people started the research of QoS.In this paper, we first analyze the three QoS service models of IETF, which is IntServ, DiffServ and MPLS. DiffServ provides differentiated classes of service for Internet traffic, to support various types of applications, and specific business requirements. Considering that DiffServ has the advantages of simple, flexible, and so on, this paper chooses DiffServ as the architecture of QoS traffic control system.According to the specific speech and video application in Weilai primary school, this system is based on the TC core of Linux in the open source router operating system. The system uses HTB queue strategy, and Firewall filter is designed to design a set of traffic control MSTC method. This system chooses OpenWRT to implement QoS traffic control, and the Linux TC, Queuing and Filter are combined to meet the needs of traffic control in different business. The test data of this system shows that the design of the MSTC system is very good for the service quality of video and voice, which has a certain application value.
