With the further development of intelligent mobile devices, the function of the mobile terminal comes to be more powerful. The variety of mobile applications gets richer. The mobile terminal plays a more important role in daily life and in logistics transportation. Mobile application reduces the operating costs of companies, improve s the operating efficiency.Inventory management is an important part of enterprise resource management, especially in manufacturing enterprises. It makes warehouse keepers take exhaustive and comprehensive control of material. Also it offers a variety of inventory reports and analysis for enterprise to make business decisions. Obviously it reflects the consumption and efficiency of production. Varieties and large number of materials in stock is not easy to be transported. Then mobile scanners make inventory managing more expediently.While designing and implementing the enterprise inventory management system under mobile environment, I have done research on synchronization mechanisms of mobile database. Using mobile scanners, the enterprise can position stock material and the production process to take control of stock material. Combining the reality of enterprise production, this paper takes advantage of XMPP communication protocol, version-based data control technology, broadcasting on the scanning gun to make sure the integrity of the production data.Under mobile environment, to maintain the performance of mobile applications work in diverse network is particularly important. Thus we use mobile data caching and replication techniques to reduce the negative effects of diverse network on mobile applications. The part of the cached server data allows mobile users to achieve access to data in a weak connection. But the update will result cache data and server data inconsistencies in the case of offline, which requires replication technology to achieve restoring data consistency right after the network reconnected.
