As a follow-up to the evolution of TD-LTE technology, TD-LTE-A will become the mainstream of the next generation mobile communication system. The TD-LTE in our commercial success also indicates that TD-LTE-A mobile terminals will inevitably occupy more share in the market. In order to promote the industrialization process of TD-LTE-A,TD-LTE-A terminal Tester is imminent. The RRC layer is the core of the control plane in the TD-LTE-A protocol stack, its performance largely affects the performance of the whole TD-LTE-A protocol stack software.Under the background of TD-LTE-A UE Comprehensive Tester project which belongs to National Science and Technology Major Project, this paper achieves a compete soft implementation at the test process of the control plane in the TD-LTE-A protocol stack.The main work of the paper is divided into three parts:First of all, I clear RRC standard testing process by analysis of the standard protocol.TD-LTE-A control plane protocol stack includes a terminal, a base station and MME. RRC process is not just a RRC signaling communication between the terminal and the base station, further comprising a non-access stratum signaling communication between the terminal and the MME. The testing process is essentially the end of the boot, paging services and test mode.Then, I made the above RRC process software emulation. I chose SDL language to compete all the testing process, and to confirm the correctness of the process through software emulation. For subsequent software work,SDL language will be converted into C language, which facilitates intergration engineering. I choose light integration. This article uses ASN.1 specification to solve the problem of encode and decode. In addition, I will establish an interface with the underlying control plane to make the work easier.Finally, I conducted a integration of RRC project and competed Machine FBI. Mypartner provide MPC8548 to compete the whole work. I will conduct a transparent work because the chosen operating system is vx Works. Then start the Machine FBI, and I can observe the results in the super terminal.
