The accurate determination of length is of extremely importance in basic science research and advanced manufacture field. With the advent of femtosecond laser frequency comb(FLFC), optical measurement has developed rapidly. FLFC with excellent time and frequency feature, wide optical spectrum, short pulse and high repeat frequency builds a bridge between radio frequency and optical frequency, which has advantage of traditional continuous laser, pulse laser and white light. It has significant research value and application potential in measurement field with high measurement precision and large measurement range.This dissertation focuses on femtosecond laser spectrally-resolved interferometry including key advice and data process method aiming at serving as an alternative option of distance measurement for the new femtosecond laser tracker. The whole research work is presented as follows:Firstly, principle of femtosecond laser spectrally-resolved interferometry is studied based on traditional white interferometry and principle of filtering of F-P etalon and data process method are also presented and analyzed. Secondly, models of femtosecond laser, F-P etalon, grating and CCD detector are built and organized to realize entire chain simulation of femtosecond laser spectrally-resolved interferometry. Impacts of F-P etalon and grating on measurement error are simulated. Thirdly, realization of data process on DSP is designed and coordinate rotation digital computer(CORDIC) algorithm is proposed to solve unwrapped phases. Hardware circuit is made. C program is completed and debugged in CCS 4.2 software. Finally, distance measurement experiment setup is built and accomplished. Factors causing measurement errors are analyzed after processing experiment data.Femtosecond laser spectrally-resolved interferometry distance measurement and realization of data process on DSP are demonstrated. The max distance measurement deviation reaches 5?m within ranges of ±4.5mm.
