With the rapid development of Space Technology, the Space Communication distance is more and more distant,Deep Space Communication Network based on Mars' detection becomes a hot research topic in recent years.This paper is based on national 863 key project: "Deep Space channel model, the relay network architecture and communication protocol" as the background, researches the Deep Space Network based on Mars' detection and the space data link layer protocol, including the Proximity Link Protocol(Proximity-1 Space Link Protocol) and Advanced Orbit System(AOS) Protocol.In this paper, the main work includes the following aspects:(1) The paper introduces the Deep Space Communication concept, characteristics, as well as the CCSDS Deep Space Communication protocol architecture, and Deep Space Communication relay network structure based on Mars' detection;(2) Based on deep researched to Proximity Link Protocol(Proximity-1 Space Link Protocol) structure, service types, packet format and duplex communication mode, using OPNET network simulation software to build the model of Proximity-1 Protocol from three layers, simulates and analyzes the sequential control service(reliable service), the communication link state changes, the link releases and emergency services(unreliable service);(3) Advanced Orbit System(AOS) protocol has the characteristics of processing the large capacity and high rate data, often used in deep space communication network.Based on researching the AOS protocol entity internal structure, processing flow, packet format etc, the paper is to optimize the AOS protocol and puts forward a optimization improvement scheme in order to improve its transmission efficiency and system performance applied in Deep Space Communication.The research results of this paper are helpful to improve the Deep Space Communication transmission protocols.
