With the development of computer technology and the further application of three-dimensional CAD technology, the technology of 3D annotation is applied more and more widely, which is the inevitable trend of future manufacturing technology. 3D annotation technology take full advantage of the intuition of 3D model, express the geometrical and non-geometrical product manufacturing information in 3D model uniformly, which improves the efficiency of product design, ensures the uniqueness of product data. However, there still exist some problems in the application of 3D annotation technology at present, such as the legitimacy and visualization of 3D annotation data, the interference or overlapping of dimensions in complex model, etc, which have impacted the application and popularization of 3D annotation technology. To solve the problems existing in 3D annotation technology, a method of 3D annotation's multi-views expression is proposed, the main research contents are as follows:Firstly, we analyze present situation and existing problems of 3D annotation technology, propose a method of 3D annotation's multi-views expression, introduce the features and architecture of the method, elaborate the 3D lightweight file, sum up the key problems to be solved, namely 3D annotation and the expression of multi-views.Secondly, aimed at some appeared problems when the annotation display at 3D space in the process of 3D annotation, we analyze the rule of annotation planes' definition and the display mode of 3D annotation information; then a real-time display algorithm of annotation is proposed, which uses the transformation matrix to ensure the accuracy of the annotation display and realize real-time display.Then, in order to solve the problem of annotation interference and overlapping in single view expression, an approach of 3D annotation's multi-views expression is used. Aimed at the data increases and redundancy with the introduction of multi-views, we put forward a method which organizes the data of model and annotation before display, and study redundancy check algorithm; after that, we expound the display of multi-views and text processing algorithm in multiple views.Finally, we introduce the development environment and tools of this system. Combining with the above research results, we design and implement the system of 3D annotation's multi-views expression.
