With the fast development of Internet and automation technology, the analysis and application for bigdata is more and more mature. The rise and development of bigdata has become an irresistible trend. At the same time, News and media reports on the big data is becoming more and more frequent, We increasingly feel that big data analysis is already very close to us. However, cloud computing platform is rarely used in the manufacturing industry. Although industrial sensors generate vast amounts of data every day, the value of the data are not developed very well, they are either discarded or just stored for simple applications. Therefore, how to use cloud computing platform to study industrial big data is the focus research content of this article.To the processing on the big data of intelligent printing system industry, this paper proposes a method based on hadoop cloud computing platform. The method is based on the current main processing technology--Hadoop+Map Reduce. Hadoop originates from three articles published by google, corresponding to google the GFS file system, Bigtable storage system, Map Reduce programming model. In the Hadoop cloud computing platform, HDFS distributed file system is used as the basic framework for big data storage, Map Reduce distributed computing model is used as the core processing framework of big data. This paper firstly explained the working principle of the intelligent register system and the relevant technology of the Hadoop cloud computing platform. Then the cloud computing platform of intelligent printing system based on hadoop is designed. And I carried on the experiment to test the effect of each function module according to the design method of the cloud computing platform.At the end of this paper, through the build of cloud computing platform of intelligent printing system based on hadoop and the test of its each function module. We find that it can successfully complete the storage and processing tasks to the big data which is produced by intelligent printing system, such as surveillance video data ? running parameter?user data and so on. And using machine learning method based on Mahout framework to deal with the status data produced by intelligent printing system. It implements the classification function to identify alarm types which shows error wether to exceed the standard or not. In the finally, It tests the effect of classification model.
