With the rapid development of the Internet technology, information on Internet grows huge and variable, and the Internet has become the main information source for almost everyone. Teenagers have taken very large proportion in huge netizen's colony, and they are easy to be affect by some malicious information. In order to create a healthy network environment, we need to enhance the capacity of the campus network information management.According to the requirements mentioned above, we design and implement a system which provides: 1) hot spot discovery. Get statistics from main social platform such as micro-blog and BBS, and show the statistics by using word cloud and word list. We use TF-IDF algorithm to do the statistics; 2) topic tracking. Monitor the data and show the statistics for system managers according to different data; 3) pornographic information detection. Detect method includes site matching and pornographic text detection. Pornographic text detection is based on pornographic words obtained by psychology experiments. This module can detect effectively by using machines and shield the pornographic information source; 4) provide management module including site blacklist management, system running state management and user management. We test the functions and the performance, and all indicators achieved technical requirementsWe analyze the demands, implement the functions and test the performance of this campus information management system. And this application has been working for one year. The provided functions well served relevant department.
