Because of the complexity, nonlinearity and uncertainty of modern industrial production process, controlled object parameters or structures which are in control system will change in actual industrial process. Generally, it's unable to obtain their precise mathematical models, so it is difficult to use traditional control methods for these controlled objectes, therefore, the model-free control method comes into being and has become an important direction of the development of automatic control.In this paper,) based on analysis and research of a kind-of model-free adaptive control method, we can continuously real-time correct the controller parameters by using optimal quadratic indicator till the quadratic indicator is optimal under the circumstance that the structure of model-free adaptive controller is already known. By doing this, the pseudo-partial derivatives solving problem in model-free adaptive method can be avoided when we can get the same result, but make the control system design easier. After in-depth analysis on the improved algorithm, we find that the method has general applicability. Therefore, we make a further promotion of this method in this paper, first it is introduced to the PID control, and gets the PID controller algorithm based on optimizing index, finally generalized to a more general form, and obtains the general model-free controller based on optimizing index.Thislpaper mainly contains the following contents:Firstly, this paper introduces the overview of the model-free control, including its development and the research status. On the basis of this, detailed introduction to a model-free adaptive control method is presented, including the method's control law and pseudo partial derivative derivation process and other issues. Focusing on the inadequacy of this method, we improve the deficiencies in the model-free adaptive method and give a new improved algorithm, which adopts the optimizing index to design model-free adaptive controller and analyzes the stability of the new improved method.Secondly, by promoting a method of model-free adaptive control based on the optimizing index, generalizing it to the general PID control algorithm and obtaining the adaptive PID control based on the optimizing indicator, it tells details of the design principles of adaptive PID controller based on optimizing index method, and makes a detailed discussion on quadratic optimal indicators, giving three common optimal quadratic indicators and respectively making simulation analysis.Finally, we make a more in-depth promotion of model-free control methods based on optimizing index and obtain the design method of general form based on optimization method. In theory we describe the structure, applicability and reliability of the controller, discuss the order situation of general form controller based on optimization method, give a sufficient condition, and finally make simulation experiment for this method.
