As the development of computer technology,the use of network techniques and application software development techniques are becoming more and more widespread. The monitoring of grain price reveals the trend of grain price through gathering and statistical analysis of the grain price data. Basing on the statistical analysis of the grain price data, we can analyse the whole price situation and forecast its movements so as to provide decision making basis for macro-economic control. This is of importance to economic construction and development. How to use computer technology to increase the efficiency of grain price monitoring and improve work performance to make sure the accuracy, security and reliability of the price data is a applied study with important social value and good application prospect. This also provides modern means for macro-economic control.Based on the analysis of grain price monitoring work at home and abroad,this article analyses the work needs of regional macro-economic control sector and designs a data monitor system solution with good generality. The integrity, authority and truth of data have been guaranteed and the efficiency of data collection and processing has been improved by the grain price monitoring system. The system fulfills the needs of macro-economic control sector for economic index monitoring. This article discusses the demand analysis, design pattern, detailed design and system realization and gives a brief introduction to development environment and relative techniques. In the part of system realization, this article focus on design principles, design target, system framework and data base design. This paper also gives a deep analysis to the key circuit such as data-entry and data-check.The system is based on J2EE technique and designed by MVC patt ern. The system is divided into three-tier application such as user, application server and data server. Using Struts, Spring and Hibernate development framework, the system has achieved B/S Web architecture. The system test has been completed. When the system is planned to usage, it will be a good applied support platform provided for the future grain price monitoring work.
