Since the experimental simulation of the chaos simulation circuit was successfully performed by Pecora and Carroll, the research on chaos has received extensive attention of experts and scholars and developed rapidly. Recently, with the development and expansion of chaotic theory, the research of chaotic theory is becoming increasingly extensive, and its application turns to be more and more rigorous. When the theory of chaos and synchronization develops to a certain phase, people will put foward higher requirements accordingly in terms of its application to the practical engineering.Nowadays, with the rapid development of science and technology, people raise great requirements about the safety of information communications. Scholars have conducted a series of studies on such problems as how to improve the security and convenience of information communications. Due to the features of the chaotic signal such as stochastic and sensitive to initial value, the application of the chaotic signal to secure communications becomes important in chaotic theory. Therefore, one important and hot direction of the current chaotic theory is the application of chaotic signal in the confidential communication. Scholars have carried out a series of researches of synchronization of chaos, which has provided core technology for the realization of the confidential communication. In the study of actual confidential communication, synchronization of chaos always has some various concrete issues, such as the uncertainty of system parameters, the system external disturbance and noise, etc. At the same time, with the development of high dimensional chaotic system, scholars also strengthen the research of high dimensional system. This paper mainly conducts further researches aiming at these problems existing in the chaotic system synchronous process of confidential communication.Firstly, take the chaotic theory and synchronization as the breakthrough points, and give the significance and status of chaotic synchronization to lay the foundation for synchronizing chaotic system by reviewing briefly the chaos system; meanwhile, it analyzes the structure and characteristics of general chaotic system model.Secondly, it analyzes the chaotic system with unknown parameters. It has mainly studied Adaptive Timing of the system of hyperchaotic Chen and R?ssler, emulated and compared the track motion conditions of them when they are under or not under the effect of controllers respectively, and verified that the system of hyperchaotic Chen and R?ssler could rapidly achieve synchronization. At the same time, it has studied the diverse structure synchronization of hyperchaotic system R?ssler. Aiming at the complexity of hyperchaotic system, it has proved that the system can realize the synchronization by adopting self-adaptive synchronous control method as well as designing proper controller and self-adaptive control rules; under the circumstance of a certain initial value, the identification of the diverse structure synchronization and the parameters of the hyperchaotic R?ssler system can be verified through MATLAB simulation.At last, an analysis is carried out aiming at the hyperchaotic Qi system where the tiny parameter perturbation exists. It respectively researches self-synchronization and different structure synchronization of the system. Through designing the controller and self-adaptive control rules of the system and based on the theory of Lyapunov stability principle, it proves the system synchronization. It also tests the validity and veracity of the designed controller and self-adaptive control rules through MATLAB simulation drawing and list analysis. Meanwhile, it studies the confidential communication of hyperchaotic Qi system based on chaotic masking and finally decodes it successfully. The controller designed in this paper is relatively simple in the structure and has a fine effect in terms of the function, which can reach the synchronous effect in a short time.
