Development Status And Countermeasures Of Sports Outdoor Development In Hexi Area

This study integrated use of literature,questionnaire survey method,Delphi method,interview method and mathematical statistics research methods,such as the hexi area outdoor development training present situation has carried on the thorough investigation and study,aiming at present situation,summarized the current problems existing in the development process of outdoor development training in hexi area,in view of the problem,put forward the relatively reasonable and scientific advice and hope can give provide the theoretical reference to training the healthy development of hexi region.The research draws the following conclusions:(1)the hexi region has abundant natural resources to carry out outdoor development training.With the demand of the society for the training of team talents,the outdoor development training institutions in hexi region have also developed rapidly.(2)the establishment time of outdoor development training institutions in hexi region is relatively short,and the registration of individual institutions is not complete,and the company is generally small.(3)in the outdoor development training institution,the training team is too young,with short working years and shallow working experience.(4)individually expanding training institutions to seize customers,fight price wars and disrupt market order;(5)in hexi area,natural,unique geographical nature and the outdoor training institutions for the development and utilization of the facilities is not enough,cause hardware facilities is not complete,and some problems such as not regular inspection and maintenance,have bigger security hidden danger;(6)the training courses of training institutions are relatively monotonous and lack innovation;(7)in hexi region,the government has no policy support and corresponding market supervision system for the expansion training.The following recommendations are made:(1)in view of the development trend of outdoor development training,the local government should play a macroscopic lead,and formulate relevant policy documents in combination with the realistic conditions in the river region.(2)the training institution should set up a perfect training system for training teachers,and regularly let the trainers participate in the training to improve their own business level;(3)the government should play a macro-leading role and set up a special supervision department to guide the healthy development of the training industry in hexi region;(4)expand training institutions to pay attention to their own training ideas and improve market competitiveness through cultural confidence;(5)in combination with geographical advantages,the development institutions should fully exploit natural resources,attach importance to the development of training courses,and form unique outdoor development training;(6)outdoor expansion training,adhere to "people-oriented",always keep in mind the safety awareness and reduce the security risk.
