A Community Model For The Development Of Enterprise Social Work

The involvement of enterprise social work can effectively solve the problems faced by enterprises and employees to promote the healthy development of enterprises and employees.At present,the research on the social work of enterprises has become an important issue in the field of social work,and the research results of the theoretical and practical exploration of the social work of the enterprise are becoming more and more abundant.This paper uses the method of participation observation and semi-structural interview,and takes the H street in Xiamen as an example to explore the suitable community mode of enterprise social work for its own development.The enterprise social work in the community mode does not directly enter enterprises to serve the employees,but go through the transformation from the unit to the community.Based on the community,it carries out the targeted service to the employees with the common characteristics in many community enterprises.The community mode of enterprise social work presents the following three aspects:(1)in the way of organization,taking the municipal and district level departments as the leadership,the social work services are purchased from the social work service agencies through the streets,and the professional service teams composed of community workers,enterprise social workers and volunteers provide service to the enterprises and employees;(2)in the way of development,a sustainable development model of community construction is presented.While paying attention to the construction of community talents,it combines the economic construction,cultural construction and environmental construction to promote community development in an all-round way;(3)in the way of operation,on the one hand,the training of the backbone of the community is carried out to improve the professional ability of the community workers.On the one hand.The professional ability of high community workers,on the other hand,social workers guide the backbone of the community to carry out professional social work services.Under the community mode of enterprise social work,the social work of H street has achieved a good development,but there are still some problems in the development of this mode.Therefore,based on the expanded clinical perspective,this paper puts forward suggestions on the development of community mode from four aspects: macro,micro,human and environment.In addition,comparing the community mode with the traditional enterprise social work development model,it is considered that the development of enterprise social work through community mode is a more reasonable model for the social work involved in the enterprise at present: the enterprise social work service is introduced through the community to dispel the enterprises' concerns,and the social workers enter the enterprise with a legal identity.Therefore,the development of this model also has certain promotion and reference significance.The enterprise community needs social work,and social work also needs enterprise community.In the development of enterprise social work under the community mode,enterprises must be regarded as "enterprises in the community" and the employees should be regarded as "community people".At the same time,in the process of community construction,the state and the society should adhere to the policy orientation,understand clearly the social work position and know that the full-time social workers in the street are the power source of the community social work for the sustainable development of the social community work and the enterprise social work.
