Today is an era of science and technology,people's life is affected by thedevelopment of science and technology,science and technology not only brings convenience to people's life,but also brings some adverse effects,but theseadverse effects is not the technology itself brings,the technology itself is not good or bad,but people on the abuse and misuse of technology brings theconsequences.Youth is not only the reserve force of the development of science and technology,they lead the direction of technology development and application,so the German Youth Science and technology quality directly affects the direction of technological development,directly affect the quality of life of future peace and people's life.Therefore,it is an important mission of school education and social education to improve the moral quality of science and technology,to make them have the correct concept of scientific and Technological Development and the use of scientific and technological ethics.To improve the scientific literacy of young people is based on the understanding of the status quo of science and technology ethics of young people,on the basis of the status quo to improve the scientific and technological ethics of young people.This paper mainly adopts the questionnaire and interview research method,through the investigation of the present situation of science and technology of juvenile morality,analyzes the existing problems,and the problems of attribution analysis,put forward the corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide factual basis for cultivation of teenagers' moral accomplishment of science and technology,to provide a certain reference value for the study of Youth Science and technology ethics.The questionnaire is mainly distributed in Beijing and Hubei,with a total of 250 questionnaires.On the current situation of Youth Science and technology ethics mainly from the following aspects: youth related science and technology and nature,social relations in the development of moral cognition,about the relationship between science and technology and people's moral cognition of adolescents,young people of the scientific research in the process of moral cognition,youth awareness about the role of science and technology,science and technology status of school moral education,differences adolescent moral accomplishment of science and technology between different regions.The status quo of attribution analysis is mainly: the era of science and technology in social life environment bring students scientific moral problems,teachers' Moral Education in science and technology had no obvious effect on the youth science and technology ethics,moral school curriculum of technology is not significant for youth science students to learn the effect of moral and utilitarian.According to the analysis of the status quo and the reasons put forward corresponding countermeasures mainly are: create a favorable social and moral development of science and technology campus environment,science and technology to develop rich and colorful moral activities,strengthen the science and technology curriculum of moral education school-based curriculum of moral penetration,special science and technology development,improve the ability of self moral education of the youth science and technology.
