| Since the new century,the concept of key competencies has swept the world,and many educational experts and scholars have gradually shifted their attention to the related fields of key competencies.The key competencies of English disciplines include four aspects: language competence,cultural awareness,learning ability,and thinking quality.language competence is the foundation and key.At present,the English language competence of junior high school students in China is generally not strong.Module7 unit 2of New Standard English of the eighth grade is used as a textbook sample for the lesson study.The method of action research was adopted.Through classroom observation and questionnaires,the paper summarizes problems in linguistic competence development in the current English teaching of junior middle school,analyze its causes,reflect on them,make suggestions,and constantly reflecting and improving teaching design in teaching practice.Track and solve the problems in the cultivation of students’ language competence in junior middle school English teaching.Finally,coming out the teaching plan and useful experience and inspiration,Improve junior high school students’ English language ability.Helping front-line teachers reflect on their practical problems in daily English teaching and solve them.At the same time,they also provided lesson plans for the majority of front-line teachers to solve problems of language competence.The paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which briefly introduces the research background,purpose and significance,research problems,research methods and research ideas.The second chapter is a review of related literature at home and abroad.It elaborates on the concepts of "English key competencies","Language Competence" and "Lesson Study".The third chapter is the research’s design stage and implementation stage.At the design stage,the author give a detailed description of the teaching subjects and the teaching materials then introduce the measurement tools used in the study and study implementation action plan arrangements.In the implementation stage of the study,first describe junior high school students’ language ability problems in actualteaching and diagnose the reasons and propose improvement measures.Then the design and implementation of the teaching plan are carried out.Through three trials of the same content,we constantly reflect on improving instructional design and finally establish a teaching plan.The fourth chapter is the enlightenment of junior middle school English lesson study.This paper analyzes and discusses the value of the lesson study from the empirical perspectives such as the characteristics,principles and practical operation points.The fifth chapter is the conclusion.The fifth chapter is the conclusion.The junior middle school students’ English lesson study helps to enrich the resources of the English class,and helps the front-line teachers to reflect on the practical problems and solve the problems in their daily English teaching.And further elaborate the limitations of the study and the issues to be studied. |
