Comparative Study Of Key Winning Factors Between China Unversity Of Petroleum(East China) And Kyung Hee University

Men's volleyball team of China University of petroleum(East China)has won the championship of National University Sports Federation and the championship of “Xinghua Cup” volleyball match for National Regular Institutions of Higher Learning twice;also it has become national first division team twice.It has won the championship of University Sports Federation in Shandong Province four times in a row,and the championship of First Division of National University Volleyball Match.The team also represented China to take part in Asian University Match twice and took part in the No.27 National University Sports Federation in 2013.Kyung Hee University is one of the best private universities in South Korea whose athletic performance is on the top of South Korea and it has trained so many excellent Olympians.Volleyball department of Kyung Hee University was built in 1991,and it is one of the best undergraduate volleyball teams.It is on the top three for years in South Korean University Sports Federation.There is one student become the member of national team and two students become members of national youth team in this university.The department of physical education in our university has set up a communication relationship with the one in Kyung Hee University in October,2008.Ever since then,exchange of sports delegations between these two teams become often,from which our team have learned a lot on training methods and management concepts.This paper analyzed game videos the time from 2012 to 2015,during which China University of Petroleum men's volleyball team fight against KyungHee university men's volleyball team recorded a total of 7 field 26 games.In the methods of text analysis,interviews,field investigation,scientific research the method of video review,content analysis and collecting the basic data of 36 people,the paper is to explore and reveal the impact of man volleyball training and competition in China,especially some elements of the development situation of Volleyball in our school.On the basis of the previous winning discipline "high,quick,changeable,well-round",combined with the elements and the competitive ability of volleyball China University of Petroleum and KyungHee University men's volleyball,it drew the following conclusions,The study found:(1)The core winning factor of men's volleyball of university is technique and tactics-oriented.The study found that men's volleyball team of Kyung Hee University is better than the one of China University of Petroleum(East China)on the following aspects: success rate and scoring average of smash,the quality of service,arrival rate of return of service,effective defense,effective counter,counterattack score,number of tactical organization,tactics organization of first-round attack and success rate of tactics organization of second-round attack.There was a significant difference(P <0.05).(2)The study found that body shape and velocity in physical factors have greater impact on men's volleyball performance of China University of Petroleum(East China)and Kyung Hee University.(3)The study found that even though men's volleyball athletes of university are not at the world fist class level of technique and tactics,good psychological states during the game still have a considerable effect on success for them,especially self-confidence and attention.
