The Research Of Financial Technology Personnel Training Conditions

The integration of finance and science has brought the revolution of the technologies and applications,which has changed the traditional financial service modes and gradually formed the new financial format.The lack of high-quality financial technological talents is our soft spot during the development of financial technology.Currently,no major related to the financial technology has been set up in domestic university,which resulted in failing to provide reserve talents directly.As a result,it is extremely urgent to cultivate new-type financial technological talents to adjust to the continuous development of the financial technological environment.As a member participating in the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area and Guangdong Zhujiang-Xijiang Economic Belt,Zhaoqing City has paid much attention to the cultivation of financial technological talents.Two working stages related to the cultivation of financial technological talents have been conducted in Zhaoqing City,which were industry focus talents leading stage marked by the implementation of top talents policy and talents leading stage marked by the preparation and implementation of Xijiang talent plan.During the development,many changes in aspect of financial technological talents have been faced in Zhaoqing City.For example,the misunderstanding of Eastern integration has resulted in certain closure in the introduction of financial technological talents.The Greater Bay Area has siphon effect on the talents introduction work of Zhaoqing City and the weak economic strength also has caused weak support for the development of the top-level financial technological talents.Meanwhile,the development of times also raises a claim for the financial technological talents in aspects of the specialized knowledge,comprehensive abilities and professional ethics.To further analysis of zhaoqing city financial talents of science and technology,this paper defines the connotation of financial talents of science and technology.This paper argues that financial talents of science and technology refers to the master of science and technology,Internet technology and financial knowledge,have a deeper cognition to the development of science and technology frontier,with investment,capital market operation,and other fields,with data analysis,creative thinking,organization and coordination and strain decision-making ability,management talents.Through the investigation,analysis and comparison,as for the existing opportunities and challenges,the work of the cultivation of the financial technological talents should be started in aspect of cultivation ways,assessment indicator system construction,training course design of the financial technological talents,the policy support and guarantee.Besides,the three-level training course system of financial technological should be included.At the same time put forward to strengthen the government support and guarantee in the system,from system to ensure the development of high-end financial technology innovation and talent reserves.With the introduction of high quality financial talents to drive around the endogenous force of existing talent.As for the investigation in the cultivation of the financial technological talents which has promoted the study on the basic theory of financial technology,the paper provides theoretic basis for the follow-up studies.Meanwhile,the paper also provides realistic and complete training plans for decision-makers,enterprises and relevant education and training institutions.
