The contemporary instructional design specialist being well-known in the world,M David Merrill has reviewed instructional design theories in an attempt to identify prescriptive principles, and he derived the First Principle of Instruction at the beginning of the 21st century. The First Principle of Instruction focuses on solving the problems and emphasizes the mastery of the skills in solving different problems. In order to achieve efficient teaching,it highlights the following four aspects in the following four aspects in the process of teaching:activating the old knowledge, demonstrating the new knowledge, trying to apply and achieving mastery of knowledge. The First Principles of Instruction are design-oriented or prescriptive rather than learning-oriented or descriptive. They are related to create learning environments and products rather than describe how learners acquire knowledge and skills from these environments or products. The theory can direct the practice well.In this research,it takes examples of the micro-lesson teaching design of Information Technology to analyze the application of the First Principle of Instruction on the Information Technology micro-lesson.In the practice of teaching reform, the paper sets the experimental class and the control class, combining with the relevant course of Information Technology, and the paper carries out micro-lesson teaching activities. Finally,it analyzes the teaching effects of the two classes in the experimental class, finds that micro-lesson teaching which based on the First Principle of Instruction can promote the learners’knowledge construction. |
