| Due to the influence of factors such as academic pressure,partner group and adolescent physiological and psychological development,and the volatility of values and attitudes caused by the incomplete formation of self-identity,the junior high school students become the high-risk groups of teenagers’ deviation behavior,the emergence of bad behavior,the first is the emergence of bad attitude.The tendency of anti-school culture is a kind of more complicated attitude tendency in junior high school students.The predecessors’ research shows that this tendency is a kind of "resistance" to the school culture,but in the teaching practice and the investigation and interview process Found that anti-school cultural tendencies may also exist on the adverse sub-culture of the trend of attitude.Based on the previous literature and the results of the investigation,this paper tries to test the psychological structure of the anti-school culture of junior middle school students from the logic of cultural tendency.The purpose of this study is to verify that the anti-school cultural and psychological structure of the junior high school students in this region not only contains the elements of the anti-school culture,but also contains the theoretical hypothesis of the trend of the sub-culture,and then produces a counter-The characteristics of the anti-school culture tendency of the students in the region were studied in the areas of gender,grade,region and the only child / non-only child and so on.According to the research results put forward the corresponding legal education measures.Subjects of this study were received from some junior high schools of four cities in Inner Mongolia.In the early questionnaire surveyed 100 junior middle school teachers around Inner Mongolia.In the process of questionnaire preparation,704 junior middle school students were predicted,696 were meta-test subjects,1173 junior middle school students,No repeating.We use the method of investigation and psychological scale in psychology to carry on the quantitative research,use the factor analysis,structural equation,T test and variance analysis and other statistical methods for statistical data.The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.The psychological structure of junior high school students’ anti-school cultural tendencies,the cognitive bias,the sub-cultural trend,the blind emotional 4psychological structure hypothesis meet the statistical standard,can explain the student anti-school cultural tendency of the dual component.2.Students’ anti-cultural tendencies were significantly different in grade,gender and region,and there was no significant difference between the only child and the only child.3.The first two students showed a trend towards strong anti-cultural tendencies,to the third grade weakened a "middle class valley" phenomenon.4.The legal education of junior high school students should be based on the school as the main base,with cultural cognition as the core,taking into account the gender and grade differences,in order to simplify and popular principles for the orderly manner. |
