The Height Of The Floor And The Hardness Of The Basketball Sole Impact Study

Basketball,often need to use the floor technology,and landing,the lower limbs have to bear the impact of ground reaction.In this study,we mainly use the experimental method to study the effect of different floor height and different floor hardness on the lower extremity,so as to find the influence of two factors on the lower extremity.(50,55,60)and three different floor height(25cm,50 cm,75cm)were used to analyze the effects of different sports soles at the same height and different floor height,respectively.The same indicators of hardness(direct indicators:ankle,knee,hip angle,angular velocity,etc.;indirect indicators: GRF,COP,center of gravity displacement,lower limb stiffness,etc.)in the touchdown to the minimum point of gravity to the landing point of change characteristics.Feature:1.The difference of the angle,angular velocity,center of gravity,down-stiffness,GRFmax and COP in the lower limb joint with the same height and different hardness were different.The difference between the 50 and 60 hardness was relatively obvious,but there was no significant difference.2.There were significant differences in joint angle,angular velocity,center of gravity displacement,down to stiffness,GRFmax and COP in the lower extremity of the same hardness.There was a significant difference between the height of 25 cm and the height of 75 cm.Conclusion:1.The same floor height of the same floor height of the soles of the lower hardness of the lower limb although have a certain effect,but the impact is not obvious;lower basketball soles hardness will change the lower limb joint angle,so as to adapt,delay and reduce the ground reaction to the lower limbs Impact.2.The process of landing,the same soles hardness of different landing height on the role of lower limbs has a significant impact;choose a lower hardness of basketball shoes can effectively reduce the ground reaction caused by the movement of injury.3.Basketball soles hardness should be designed for different soles of the hardness of the situation,so as to buy basketball shoes to provide a wider range of people choose.
