| Since the birth of human society education sports is included,sports is always one of the important factors to promote the progress of human civilization,plays an important role in the development of human beings,with the understanding of the development of the times people more clearly to this point,and the sports as one of the indispensable promote the all-round development of people the contents of.Especially in the process of school education for students,physical education is the necessary content of the education of students with moral education,intellectual education,aesthetic education and labor education.Secondary education is a critical period for students to receive school education,plays a vital role in the development of students,one is in the middle school education will affect the development of life,therefore this period on the education of students must be comprehensive,cannot have any partial waste.Middle school physical education plays an important role in promoting the growth and health of the students in the middle school.However,in the period of middle school students in adolescence,lively nature,the prediction ability and the ability to bear the consequences of risk are also relatively weak,the risk of having sports itself and sometimes students in athletics can not avoid injury accidents,accidents not only will cause some harm to the health of the students,will also give the normal work and school sports bring irreparable losses.Therefore,how to effectively deal with injury accidents in middle school and minimize the impact of injury accidents on physical education and education in middle schools is an urgent problem for us to solve.Starting from the need of research,this paper uses a variety of scientific research methods,such as questionnaire investigation,literature material method,mathematical statistics,case analysis and so on research methods,a more comprehensive to fuyang city middle school physical education present situation and the harm accident investigation and study,for the region and in other parts of the middle school sports injury accident treatment to provide some reference.The main conclusions are as follows: 1.the middle school sports teaching is not long before one of the main factors of development is caused by sports injuries,and for treatment of injury accidents the way is very good,resulting in the area of the secondary school physical education is not carried out;2.boosting the difficulty of school sports injury the accident is difficult to deal with the division of responsibilities of injury accidents,difficult to divide the responsibility caused by the difficulty of compensation difficulty and responsibility because it is difficult to compensate for the economic problems;3.basic principles of imputation,PE injury accidents are applicable to "civil law" in the principle of fault liability,no fault liability and fair liability principle.Through access to relevant literature,subject to compulsory automobile insurance system in China,the following suggestions can effectively solve the school sports injury accidents: 1.parties,school sports injuries should properly treat the accident,not because of fear of an accident,and give up sports or outdoor sports,the children circle develop "greenhouse flowers",a profound understanding of the school sports in the moral education and promote students’ all-round development is indispensable,it plays a very important role;2.the school should be repaired or replaced and found the problem,to nip in the bud,to make the sports venues and equipment management and maintenance responsibilities obligation.At the same time,school related personnel should strengthen their own literacy and sense of responsibility,truly concerned about the students,care for students;3.establish a set of feasible "compulsory school sports injury accident insurance system plays an important role to solve the middle school sports injury accident. |
