Interest is the best teacher,which is the internal motivation that pushing people to pursue for knowledge.The students’ interest in P.E.class is just a reflection of their inner feelings.If the students really interested in P.E.class,there are some obvious reflections,such as listening carefully,practicing actively.On the contrary,it means they are less interested.So we can conclude that interest is the essential element which affects students’ enthusiasm and initiative in P.E.class.Therefore,it is of great significance to enhance students’ interest in P.E.class.Owing to it not only has close relationship to teenagers’ healthy growth and development,but also has profound influence on promoting the quality-oriented education in an all-round way.So researching interest-oriented education method has great realistic guiding meanings.Given sports interest in sports learning of students and the important role of quality,based on the experimental school of Beijing senior school students as the research object,USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method,interview method,mathematical statistics method for related research.Through interviews with the leaders,experts,teachers,students and other personnel,to understand the status of the Beijing experimental school student sports study interest,reasonable design of teaching experiment to verify the interest teaching method for middle school students’ physical education learning effect and quality of the important role,by studying the following conclusions:1)through questionnaires to students in 6 of the two grades in Beijing experimental school,the results showed that students showed a lack of interest in physical education.2)by the method of literature material and questionnaire survey concluded that the main factors affecting the students’ interest in physical education has six kinds,respectively is:physical education teaching method,the setting of teaching content,the organization form of class,the teacher type,sports facilities,teachers’ evaluation.3)comprehensive affect middle school students’ physical education learning interest in culture influence factors,high school physical education curriculum teaching effect and quality of six kinds of influence factors,the author USES the interest teaching method for one semester teaching experiment,verified the interest teaching method can significantly improve the junior middle school and high school students’ interest in sports and basketball dribbling,cooperative learning and traditional teaching method and the teaching method for the influence of the students interest in sports and basketball dribbling was not significant.
