Research On The Construction Campus Volleyball Culture In Zhongguancun First Primary School Of Beijing

The construction of elementary school campus volleyball culture is part of the primary school campus culture.It not only adds infinite color to pupils' boring after-school activities,but also strengthens students' physique.It also provides a platform for implementing quality education,fostering team awareness and lifelong sports awareness.Based on this,this paper hopes to analyze the process of constructing the first campus volleyball culture in Zhongguancun,summarizes the path and operating mechanism of the construction of campus volleyball culture,and provides reference for the primary school in our country to build volleyball culture in accordance with local conditions.This article uses literature research methods,interviews,case analysis methods,field trips and a series of research methods,combined with the field surveys during the internship period of the first primary school in Zhongguancun,conducted an interview with the school's physical education teachers and consulted Zhongguancun.A primary school has information on the construction of campus culture.It analyzes the formation process of the volleyball culture on the campus of Zhongguancun First Primary School,studies its development path,summarizes its operating mechanism,and concludes that:1.The development history of the first elementary school campus volleyball culture in Zhongguancun is roughly divided into three stages: the formation of the spirit of the campus volleyball culture;the establishment of the campus volleyball culture community stage;and the improvement of the volleyball series of activity and practice system stages.After these stages of development,Zhongguancun The first school's campus volleyball culture has developed in a healthy and orderly manner.2.The development path for the construction of the first elementary school campus volleyball culture in Zhongguancun consists of three development paths: curriculum integration,socialization,and openness.It breaks the existing teaching model of the sports discipline and further enhances students' participation in sports activities.Sports literacy,as well as the application of subject knowledge,enhance the understanding and problem solving skills of subject knowledge,and lay the foundation for a better construction of the campus volleyball culture in Zhongguancun First Primary School.3.In the process of constructing the first school primary school campus volleyball culture operation mechanism in Zhongguancun,the “incentive,management,and guarantee” trinity operation mechanism system has promoted the development of volleyball sports in the campus culture and is the implementation guarantee of the campus volleyball culture construction.The effective cycle of constructing the campus volleyball culture has been realized.The interrelationships among the various operating mechanisms in the operating mechanism system exist in the entire process of volleyball culture construction in the first elementary school campus of Zhongguancun.
