Study On Students' Abilities Of Aerobics Orientation In Universities In Shandong Province

The rise and development of the national fitness campaign has popularized the fitness program of aerobics.Under the social demand for aerobics talent,colleges and universities have also set up aerobics courses and expanded the recruitment scale for aerobic students.The non-quantitative scale of enrollment and the dynamic evolution of the market have caused the oversupply of talents,which has brought about difficulties in the employment of university aerobics students.The difficult predicament of employment difficulties is not unsolvable.The key lies in the improvement of students' employability.This article aims to thoroughly analyze the employment ability and its influencing factors from this perspective,and then propose targeted solutions,improve the aerobics student employment situation,and enhance employment competitiveness.In this paper,literature survey methods,questionnaire survey methods,interview methods,mathematical statistics methods,Delphi expert survey methods and other research methods were used comprehensively.The sample of 7 aerobics students in Shandong Province was taken as a research sample,and their employment status was analyzed.Research and analysis.According to the types of aerobics students will be divided into students and graduates,respectively,from the employment rate,the field of employment,the nature of employment units and other aspects of college aerobics students in the direction of the current employment status.Then,using Delphi Method as the main component to analyze the composition of employability,clarify the structure of the employment ability index system,define in detail the factors affecting aerobic students' employability,and use questionnaires to collect data on graduates and students.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions on improving students' employability were proposed focusing on the influencing factors,thereby alleviating college students' employment difficulties in aerobics,improving the employment rate and training quality,and promoting the aerobics movement to achieve better development both in theoretical research and in reality.Through the study of this paper,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The selection of college students for aerobics in Shandong Province is diversified in terms of employment and part-time employment.The overall employment rate of graduates is not high.Employment is not necessarily aerobics-oriented.Non-professional-oriented part-time projects aremostly students.Choices indicate that professionalism is not the only choice for students.2.The abilities of university students in aerobics in Shandong Province include the ability to think,plan,organize,aerobics,comprehensive practice,and aerobics,job search,five first-level indicators,and 20 second-level indicators.3.The abilities of college students in aerobics in Shandong Province are at a general level,while the thinking ability,comprehensive practical ability,and job search ability are slightly lower than the mean.Graduates and students have differences in thinking ability,plan organization ability,comprehensive practical ability and employment seeking ability,and the graduates' performance in these four aspects is better than that of the students.Looking at the comparison of different abilities in different colleges and universities,Shandong Normal University,Linyi University and Qufu Normal University have a strong ability to employ students in aerobics.4.Factors influencing students' employability in aerobics include 3 first-level influencing factors,and 23 second-level influencing factors for individuals,schools,and employers.5.The improvement of students' abilities in aerobics needs to be combined from the three aspects of school education training,student subjective efforts,and employers' emphasis.
