Analysis On The Present Situation Of Oversea Students’ Education And Teaching In Shaanxi Universities

With China’s comprehensive national strength and international prestige,number of foreign students has shown a rising trend,since the "The Belt and Road" initiative,the countries along the students is the number of rapid growth.According to the latest statistics,"The Belt and Road along the country’s students have accounted for 64.85% of the total number of foreign students in china.As the starting point of the ancient Silk Road,Shaanxi has once again entered the vision of all countries along the line.Its important geographical location,the cultural environment that integrates Han and Han Dynasties,and the academic atmosphere of colleges and universities attract all the overseas students along the silk road.Under such circumstances,it is of great significance to study the education of overseas students in Shaanxi.With the improvement of the international development level of higher education in Shaanxi,the education development of foreign students coming to China in Shaanxi province has shown a trend of rising year by year and the tendency of diversity.However,compared with the developed areas,there are still many phenomena,such as high level of language occupation,less degree of education,low professional level of identity,weak influence of specialty and lack of policy guidance.The trend of development reflects that "prep + major" has become a new demand for foreign education.High known universities and special specialties with industrial and industrial characteristics of science and engineering universities are more attractive to foreign students from countries along the Silk Road and in Central Asia,and the development of education for studying abroad in Southeast Asia countries and regions is larger.The policy guidance is the key to the development of space.Similarly,compared with the developed areas,the development of the teaching of foreign students to China in Shaanxi province shows that the training mode of the pre education education is chaotic,the teachers are not stable,the professional teachers are lacking,the burden of the foreign students’ management department is heavy,and the management effect is poor.The development trend reflects that the unified preparatory education training system,the training of professional teachers’ team and the realization of assimilation management are the future development direction of foreign students’ teaching.The development of education for overseas students not only brings good economic benefits to the region,but also has certain social benefits in the long run.Shaanxi should make full use of the "The Belt and Road dividend policy,followed by the eastern region’s footsteps,vigorously develop education students,to enhance the international influence of Shaanxi higher education and international recognition.
