As an important means for teachers' education and teaching management,education punishment has been misunderstood in recent years.On the one hand,due to the deepening of the humanistic trend of thought,not only the awareness of students' rights has been enhanced,but also the parents of the only-child generation tend to create warm and free growth space for children.Faced with the parents' expectations and the renewal of teaching concepts,teachers are not willing to use disciplinary methods at will.On the other hand,as the media forces penetrated all aspects of life,and constantly exposed some of the extreme cases of teacher corporal punishment,it led to heated discussion among netizens,which resulted in the ambiguity of the concept of education disciplinary.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the concept of education punishment and make teachers daring.Use punishment and use good punishment.In response to this phenomenon,this paper proposes three research questions:First,what is the student's feelings and understanding of educational punishment in terms of student body?Secondly,based on the game theory perspective,what are the types of teacher-student games in educational discipline?Finally,according to the analysis of different types of games,how can teachers effectively implement education punishment?This thesis uses the interview method and the observation method to interview and observe the teachers and students in the author's practice school.On this basis,the interview data is coded and analyzed,and educational punishment is divided into educational punishment and non-education punishment.From the perspective of students,we can analyze the problems that teachers face in the course of education disciplinary process and conclude that educational punishment has the following four characteristics:1.Rationally,teachers' educational punishment action directly points to students' misconduct and does not overextend their individual students.In some cases,teachers cannot adopt a "one size fits all" disciplinary approach.Instead,they are responsible for punishing students according to their individual circumstances,empathizing with students' psychological and physical tolerance,and relying on good teacher-student relationships.,Think from the perspective of the students from the perspective of the place.4.The purpose of the purpose of the education,teachers to implement educational punishment methods to consider the achievement of its educational purposes.Based on the classification of education punishment,the game matrix of teachers and students is constructed and analyzed in depth.The cases that the author interviewed can all be analyzed and explained through the game matrix,and are mainly divided into four types.When teachers adopt non-educational punishments and students take a confrontational attitude,both teachers and students pay a different degree.When teachers take non-educational punishments and students adopt non-confrontational attitudes,teachers temporarily stabilize teaching order.While maintaining its own authority,students are distanced from teachers on the psychological level.The teacher-student relationship is gradually becoming discordant,and students' academic performance cannot be effectively promoted.When teachers adopt educational disciplinary measures and students adopt confrontational attitudes,The teacher's request cannot be affirmed by the students for the time being,but in the long run,when the students feel their own development and progress,they will re-recognize the teachers' education disciplinary and hold a more active and cooperative attitude;when teachers adopt educational disciplinary measures,In the combination of students adopting a non-confrontational attitude,both teachers and students have achieved a win-win situation by maximizing the interests of both parties in a cooperative manner,and have promoted the transition from "non-cooperative game" to"cooperative game" between teachers and students.Finally,based on the above analysis,from the perspective of the teacher,the author puts forward three suggestions for making use of the rationality of the game player,optimizing the game player's decision-making,and improving the game player's information,so as to be closer to the student's heart during the process of education punishment.
