Study On The Current Situation And Optimization Of Ice And Snow Events In The Three Provinces Of Northeast China

The successful bidding of the 2022 Winter Olympic Games in Beijing has sounded the clarion call for the popularization and development of ice and snow sports events.The ice and snow sports events stand in the ice snow competition community with its unique posture and are shining brightly.Ice and snow sports has become a leader in many sports events in the national fitness background,can exercise the body,but also can edify sentiment,grasp the snow sports skill is many young people yearning and pursuit,cultivating talents visible snow sports have a certain security conditions.This paper uses literature method,survey method,case analysis and so on,to the development status of winter sports colleges in Northeast China event resources as the research object,this paper focuses on the current situation in Northeast China winter sports college sports events resources development as the research object,Jilin Institute of Physical Education,Shenyang Sport University,Harbin Institute Of Physical Education,Career Technical College and other colleges and universities of Heilongjiang ice and snow as the research object,and the development of ice and Snow Event Resources in Northeast China in-depth discussion and analysis.The effective ways of reasonable integration of ice and snow sports events resources in sports colleges and universities in Northeast China are summarized,and the coordinated development of ice and snow sports events resources in sports colleges and universities in Northeast China is promoted.First,The three northeast provinces total four sports college coaches coach in the northeast of China accounts for only 10% of the total,and the uneven distribution of age,fewer above national coaches,and more for retired athletes,or switch to snow and ice projects from other sports coaches,business level and cultural level has a bigger loss,in the technology standardization and the training of professional,scientific,etc cannot be guaranteed.Referees,the northeast three provinces four sports colleges in snow and ice project referee too little,and more than state-level referee quantity is not high,and most of the referees by college teachers more part-time,college teachers in the teaching and the transformation between of board cutting,energy dispersion.In terms of athletes,the number of athletes in four sports colleges and universities in the three northeastern provinces has been limited,and the lack of talents has limited the development of ice and snow sports.Volunteers are generally trained in undergraduate programs to serve as volunteers.Due to academic pressure,the number of service hours is not too high.second,The sources of capital resources of the sports colleges and universities in the three northeastern provinces are mainly from schools,government subsidies,enterprises and institutions,and other sources.However,the proportion of school input,government subsidy and other sources is small,and the main source is sponsored by enterprises and institutions.Third,the three northeast provinces four sports colleges in snow ground,venue,not enough to bear the northeast three provinces at the ice and snow sports event,but because of its school land,capital and other reasons,the school does not have the requirement of new ice field,venue.Fourthly,the four sports universities in the northeast three provinces have rich experience in hosting competitions and have a perfect tournament system.
