Research On The Training Of Juris Master In China

The degree committee of the State Council revised "the guidance for Juris Master of professional degree graduate training scheme" in July 2017,amended the Juris Master of personnel training in training aim and inappropriate places,which aroused widespread discussion in academic and educational circles again.The education of Juris Master,short for JM education,is a training mode for the specialized and practical legal personnel trained in the legal profession.Since 1996,the pilot universities have been set up,and it has been twenty years to present the popular education.After twenty years of groping,we have also achieved some achievements.This paper adopts empirical analysis method,109 universities in training data for the study sample,analysis of the current situation of China’s Juris Master of personnel training in the process,summarize the cultivation of the ideal model,the author summed up the Juris Master training in China the characteristics and achievements.For example,the training objective of Juris Master has been gradually set up,the double qualification teachers have been gradually promoted,curriculum system has been gradually established,teaching practice has paid more attention to practical training,paper management has been stricter and stricter,and employment orientation design has diversified trends.But also exposed some problems in the process of cultivation,cultivation objectives and the concept is not clear enough,there is a big difference between the ratio of teachers,curriculum arrangement is not in line with the characteristics of culture,the lack of practical teaching practice,the management has not yet formed a long-term mechanism,there is some problems of the design of employment.According to some problems of Juris Master education,based on the advanced experience of foreign countries,combined with China’s actual conditions,puts forward corresponding suggestions,mainly from the deepening of training objectives,optimization of teachers,improving the curriculum design,enhancing the teaching practice,strengthening the paper management,promoting the development of employment,in order to realize the the beginning heart of Juris Master education.
