Decision of the State Council on Basic Education Reform and Development proposes that the local curriculum that suits local areas is encouraged and at the same time,schools can develop or select curriculum that adapts to the characteristics of schools.Guiding Outline for Mental Health Education in Primary and Secondary Schools(Revised in 2012)issued by the Ministry of Education is a benchmark document for the development of mental health education in primary and secondary schools,among which the emotional competence cultivation is the main content of mental health education in primary schools.The content of middle-grade phases in primary schools include guiding students to sense the happiness in solving problems in daily learning and living,and to experience and express their emotions.Positive psychology is an academic research trend in the field of international psychology in recent ten years.It originated in the West in the late 20 th century and quickly attracted worldwide attention.Positive emotions can promote the effective and comprehensive realization of education goals,that is,help students develop in moral education,intelligence,sports and psychology,etc.As a result,students can have good social adaptabilities and develop healthy personalities.Taking "school-based curriculum development of primary school students positive emotions" as the research content,Shenyang Hunnan No.1 Primary School as the research subject,theoretical knowledge as guidance,this paper proceeds the school-based curriculum development practical study of primary school students mental health education by combining practical experience in the teaching and primary school students mental development characteristics.With the method of literature reference,questionnaires,and experimentation,this study combs positive emotions,the domestic and overseas status of the school-based curriculum,and explores the value and significance of the development of school-based curriculum for positive emotions with relevant theories.This study includes the following five parts.The first part is introduction part,including the research background and significance.The second part discusses the related theories of school-based curriculum development for positive emotions,including the definition of school-based curriculum development,mental health education and positive emotions concept,and the domestic and overseas research on school-based curriculum development,positive emotions,and positive emotions curriculum.The third part mainly states school-based curriculum development for positive emotions,including environmental analysis,curriculum objectives setting,curriculum plans preparation and teaching curriculum analysis.The fourth part evaluates the school-based curriculum development,based on which the school-based curriculum is being improved.The fifth part is the conclusion.At the same time,the deficiencies of the research are also been explored.This article has initially formed the school-based curriculum for positive mental health education in Shenyang Hunnan No.1 Primary School,based on which the school-based curriculum is being improved.
