With the rapid development of modern society,people’s dependence on technology is increasing,and the important role of technology is self-evident.Of course,citizens in real life need the support of technical literacy.After all,technical literacy is one of the three major qualities that citizens need.Therefore,the cultivation of technical literacy is gradually getting more and more attention by researchers as the times progress,especially the promulgation of the new version of the primary school science curriculum standard in 2017.With the addition of some content in the field of technology and engineering,the importance of technology has been upgraded to the national level.In the field of basic education,the content of technical literacy training is added to train people who have technical knowledge,can practice technology,and have technical thinking.This is to say that the cultivation of technical literacy is very beneficial to the future development of students,especially the enactment of new curriculum standard covers six-year science curriculum in primary schools.Therefore,it is of great significance to thoroughly study the cultivation of technical literacy under the 2017 primary school science curriculum standards.The curriculum standard is the blueprint for the implementation of a series of courses and the basic concept and content standard of the 2017 edition of the primary school science curriculum standard highlights the ability to "design,select and evaluate technology" in technical literacy.This study adopts literature research and text analysis,and according to the relevant theories,analyzes requirements for the training of the technical literacy in the new edition of the new curriculum standard,especially in the different fields in the course content,and there are some differences in the content of technical literacy in different fields,but all of them include technical knowledge,technical practice,technical sentiment and so on.And according to different grades,this study carries out corresponding teaching design,and finally puts forward corresponding technical literacy teaching suggestions.This thesis stars from the 2017 edition of the elementary school science curriculum standards,introduces the research background of this article,and elaborates the research significance of the technical literacy in this study from the national,social,and individual levels,and highlights the necessity of the cultivation of technical literacy.And on the basis of exploring the research background and significance,using the literature analysis method,this study reviews the relationship between "technology","science" and the two,"technical accomplishment","scientific literacy" and the relationship between the two,and The concept of aspects and defines the concept of technical literacy.This thesis also uses a text analysis method to analyze the specific requirements of the course objectives in the 2017 edition of the elementary school science curriculum standards,and elaborates technical literacy content contained in the "knowledge," "exploration," "attitude," and "science,technology,society and environment of course objectives;the contents of the four major fields and 18 major concepts in the new elementary school science curriculum standards are taken as examples.From the perspective of the three elements of technical literacy,technical knowledge and technical practice,technical emotional attitudes and values,this study analyzes main factors and contents of the cultivation of technical literacy contained in the three aspects of practice,technical emotion attitude and values,and summarizes the knowledge points in each field.Based on the above research,according to the training factors of technical literacy,the corresponding teaching design is carried out,and practical and feasible technical literacy training teaching suggestions are put forward.Finally,on the basis of the research,the future research prospects are proposed for some problems in the paper.
