The local curriculum is an important part of the macro curriculum system of Chinese compulsory education,and it is also an indispensable key link of three-degree curriculum management system in China.In recent years,the education administrative department of Liaoning Province has made great efforts for the implementation of local curriculums in this region.It promulgated the opinions and guidelines for implementing the local curriculum in the compulsory education period in late 2016 and early 2017 respectively.These opinions and guidelines provide good direction for the effective implementation on the local curriculum in middle schools in Liaoning Province.However,when I investigated the implementation of local curriculums in some junior high schools in Liaoning Province,I found it still had many problems in the implementation of local curriculums.Based on the related educational management theory,this paper investigates the implementation of some local curriculums in junior middle schools in Liaoning Province,and analyzes the relative situation of the implementation of local curriculums in junior middle schools in Liaoning Province.I find the problem and analyze the reasons of the problem,then I put forward some strategies and suggestions to promote the effective implementation on the local curriculum in junior middle schools in Liaoning Province,in order to provide reference for the effective implementation on the local curriculum in junior middle schools in Liaoning Province.This study consists of five parts:The first chapter,foreword.This part mainly describes the origin of the problem,the purpose and contents of the research,the related concepts of the local curriculum,the literature review,the research significance,and the research ideas and research methods used in the thesis.The second chapter,a summary of the relevant theories of local curriculum.The status,functions and the curriculum objectives of local courses are described.The third chapter,the present situation of the implementation of junior middle school local courses in Liaoning Province.Based on the results of questionnaires and interviews,the status quo of the implementation of some local junior middle schools in Liaoning Province was analyzed.The forth chapter,problems and causes of the implementation of local curriculum in junior middle school in Liaoning Province.On the basis of the analysis of the questionnaires,the problems existing in the implementation of the local curriculum were identified,and the reasons were analyzed based on relevant theories.The fifth chapter,Strategies and Suggestions for the effective implementation on local curriculum in junior middle schools in Liaoning Province.Based on the problem of the implementation on the local curriculum and its causes,the relevant education management theories are proposed to promote the effective implementation on local curriculum in junior middle school in Liaoning Province. |
